Dejadone is run by Alex Merad in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This page explains what we collect when you use this site or ask for a free Store Score, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We never sell your information.
Who is responsible for your information
Alex Merad, founder of Dejadone, is the person in charge of protecting personal information. Write to alex@automatable.co for any question or request.
What we collect
- What you type in the form: your store link, first and last name, email, phone number and monthly sales range.
- How you reached the page: ad click IDs (like gclid), campaign tags, the keyword you searched, the page you landed on and the site that sent you.
- A salted, one-way hash of your IP address, used only to stop spam. We do not keep the IP itself.
- If you allow it, cookies from Google Ads, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity that measure ads and how people use the page.
- For the audit, public information about your store: the pages, products and speed any visitor can see. We never ask for your Shopify login.
Why we use it
- To run your free audit and send you your Store Score.
- To contact you about your audit by email, phone or text, and to book a call if you want one.
- To measure which ads bring people here and to improve this page.
- To keep the form safe from spam and abuse.
Your consent and your choices
When you send the form, you agree that we use your information as described here and contact you about your audit. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can take it back at any time: reply STOP to a text, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or write to alex@automatable.co.
If you visit from Quebec, the European Union, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, measurement cookies stay off until you press Accept. You can change your choice with the “Privacy choices” link at the bottom of the page. Everywhere, you can also block or delete cookies in your browser.
Who helps us
We share information only with the services that run this site and your audit:
- Vercel, which hosts the site.
- Our database provider, which stores your request and your report.
- GoHighLevel, our customer database and booking calendar.
- Resend, which delivers our emails.
- Google, for the PageSpeed test in your audit, and for Google Ads and Analytics if you allow cookies.
- Microsoft, for Clarity, if you allow cookies.
Some of these services store or process information outside Quebec and Canada, mostly in the United States, under their own data protection terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your request and our notes for up to 24 months after we last talk, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Report links stop working after 90 days. After that, information is deleted or made anonymous.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, or have it deleted. Write to alex@automatable.co and we will answer within 30 days. If you live in Quebec and you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
Security
The site only works over encrypted connections, and only the people who run Dejadone can see your information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
